When Apple launched its iPhone X last year, it was widely hailed as revolutionary and the fact that most of the smartphones these days borrow their design from the device certainly proves that claim. The only problem that some users had was that they craved a bigger display- a plus-sized iPhone X. Apple seems to have listened and the latest iPhone XS Max is the proof. Let’s take a detailed look at what else device has in store:
Apple iPhone XS Max Design
Except that iPhone XS Max is the biggest iPhone ever, there is little more to talk about the design. We have got the same repetitive design with a glass body and round edges. The color palate too remains limited to the same Space Gray, Silver, and Gold. The 6.5″ bezel-less OLED display is absolutely gorgeous and remains one of the best performers even under sunlight.

Apple iPhone XS Max Performance
One of the key highlights of iPhone XS Max remains the new A12 Bionic Chip- which apart from having a dedicated neural core, also significantly boosts the performance. As per Apple’s claims, the performance cores are now 15% more performant while the energy efficient cores are 40% more energy efficient.
It is worth noting that other competitors like Qualcomm are still struggling to match Apple’s last year chipset A11 and so you put A12 to benchmark tests, it easily outperforms all the flagships from Samsung, Google, Huawei, Sony, LG, or virtually any smartphone on the planet.
Apple iPhone XS Max Camera
After its launch, iPhone XS Max quickly gained the reputation of having the best smartphone camera on the market. Its Smart HDR is partially praised to deliver exceptionally fine results. The recently launched Google Pixel 3, however, seems to be challenging that stature but rest assured, it delivers really good pictures. Here are the detailed camera specs and you can read detailed reviews in our earlier post:

Overall, this device comes with one of the finest displays, has the most powerful processor, and an exceptionally good camera- enough to warrant an upgrade from iPhone X. the only issue that few people seem to have is that it is also the most expensive iPhone ever and to be fair, the $1,449 for the top model does substantiate such claims. But as it is said, iPhones aren’t expensive, it’s just you aren’t the target audience.
