It is the most watched and streamed game on Twitch and is immensely popular among PvP gamers. It is Fortnite Battle Royale- the 100-player PvP game known for its intriguing gameplay, elaborate maps, addictive content and new weekly updates. If you happen to be a fan of this Epic Games’ franchise or are missing out because you don’t have a PS4, Xbox One, Mac or PC, we have got a good news- it’s soon coming to iOS and Android as well.

While the Android launch is still a few months away, the invites for the iOS start as early as next week- 12 March 2018. If you are interested, you can visit their official site for the signup and you will be emailed the download link. The game, for now, is compatible with iPhone 6s and above, iPad mini 4, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro, and iPad 2017. No details about Android compatibility are out yet.

Yes, the game will feature cross-platform and cross-progression among PS4, Mac, PC, and iOS. That is, even if you are playing on your iPad, you can play with your friends who are on PC or PS4.

Understandably, this is an opt-in feature because as a serious gamer, if you are playing on a phone, you wouldn’t obviously like to be hooked with players on PC or PS4- with a significant edge. The point being, if you are looking to have fun with friends, the game has got all the support but if you are into serious ventures, it wouldn’t also interfere with your gameplay.
