The South Korean Electronics Manufacturer, Samsung has unveiled its new curved gaming monitor- Samsung CJG5 at Gamescom 2018. The monitor comes in two models: 32-inch and 27-inch. Both the models get new advance technologies such as WQHD high resolution, curved display, 144Hz refresh rate and a high contrast ratio.
The CJG5’s both variants come with bezel-less design. The gaming monitors are made for a better and immersive gaming experience. The Samsung CJG5 is featured with a WQHD (2,560 x 1,440) resolution display with a high contrast ratio of 3000:1. You can also change your focal distance as it comes with 1800R curvature that minimizes your eye fatigue. It has two modes- game and cinema that automatically optimize the black gamma level, contrast, sharpness, and saturation.
Users can also instantly check and control key settings during the game with ease using the game-dedicated On Screen Display (OSD) dashboard menu that has a game style UI. It comes with 2x HDMI (1x 2.0, 1x 1.4), 1x DP 1.2, and 1 headphone port. The Samsung CJG5 curved gaming monitor will be available globally from the Q2 2018
